We can help with account and sign-in questions, connected social accounts, scheduling problems, billing questions about app plans, privacy requests (access, correction or deletion of your data — see our Privacy Policy), corrections to anything on this site, and suggestions for new free tools. We read every message and normally reply within 2–3 business days. Please do not send us your social media passwords — we will never ask for them, and account connections only ever happen through each platform's official sign-in.
